Dutiyapaṇṇāsaka

[305] Bhikkhus, seeing these two reasons (atthavasa), kiṃpurisas do not speak human speech. What two? "May we not speak falsehood, and may we not misrepresent another with what is untrue." Indeed, bhikkhus, seeing these two reasons, kiṃpurisas do not speak human speech.
