[414] (Pali text numbered 168) Bhikkhus, there are these two things (dhammā). What two? Being one who guards the doors of the sense faculties (indriyesu guttadvāratā), and being one who knows moderation in eating (bhojane mattaññutā). These, bhikkhus, are the two things.
