[425] Bhikkhus, there are these two dhammas. What two? Anger (kodha) and grudging (upanāha) ... denigration (makkha) and domineering (paḷāsa) ... envy (issā) and meanness (macchariya) ... deceit (māyā) and hypocrisy (sāṭheyya) ... shamelessness (ahirika) and lack of moral dread (anottappa). These, bhikkhus, are the two dhammas.
