[134] Bhikkhus, these four persons are found existing in the world. Which four? One who lives on the fruit of exertion, not on the fruit of kamma; one who lives on the fruit of kamma, not on the fruit of exertion; one who lives both on the fruit of exertion and on the fruit of kamma; one who lives neither on the fruit of exertion nor on the fruit of kamma. These, bhikkhus, are the four persons found existing in the world.
