[145] Bhikkhus, there are these four lamps (pajjota). What four? The lamp of the moon, the lamp of the sun, the lamp of fire, and the lamp of wisdom (paññā). These, bhikkhus, are the four lamps. And of these four lamps, bhikkhus, this is the foremost, namely, the lamp of wisdom.
