[367] Bhikkhus, the manifestation of six things is hard to find in the world. Which six? The manifestation of a Tathāgata, an Arahant, a Fully Self-Enlightened One, is hard to find in the world; a person who teaches the Dhamma and Discipline proclaimed by the Tathāgata is hard to find in the world; one reborn in the sphere of the noble ones (ariyāyatana) is hard to find in the world; non-deficiency of the faculties (indriya) is hard to find in the world; being neither dull-witted nor a deaf-and-dumb incoherent is hard to find in the world; zeal for wholesome states (kusaladhammacchanda) is hard to find in the world. The manifestation of these six things, bhikkhus, is hard to find in the world.
