[128] Bhikkhus, these ten dhammas, when developed and cultivated, arise when they have not yet arisen; they do not arise apart from the Discipline of the Sugata (sugatavinaya). What ten? Right view (sammādiṭṭhi) … right deliverance (sammāvimutti). These, bhikkhus, are the ten dhammas that, when developed and cultivated, arise when they have not yet arisen; they do not arise apart from the Discipline of the Sugata.
