[175] 8. He who by psychic power (iddhi) made the river Sarabhū stand still— that Gavampati, unattached, imperturbable— him who has passed beyond all ties, the great sage, the devas revere: the one gone to the far shore of existence (bhava). The Elder Gavampati.
