[279] 2. That king was named Panāda, whose palace (yūpa) was of gold — sixteen [arrow-flights] in breadth, and in height, so they say, a thousandfold. A thousand sections it had, a hundred domes, bedecked with banners, wrought of green [gems]; there the gandhabbas danced, six thousand of them, in seven troupes. — The Elder Bhaddaji.
