[293] 6. "Whose mind (citta), like a rock, stands firm and does not waver — dispassionate toward things that arouse passion, not angered by what provokes anger? For one whose mind is thus developed, from where will suffering (dukkha) come to him? My mind, like a rock, stands firm and does not waver — dispassionate toward things that arouse passion, not angered by what provokes anger. My mind is thus developed — from where will suffering come to me?" The Elder Khitaka.
