[1035] "We seventy-two, O Gotama, doers of meritorious deeds (puññakammā), wield power (vasavattino), having passed beyond birth (jāti) and aging (jarā); this, O master of knowledge (vedagū), is the final arising as Brahmā (brahmupapatti); many are the people who direct their yearning toward us."
