[1479] He of whom the king — lord of beings (bhūtapati), of great renown — knows the purity (soceyya) and the exertion, and of whom, through his undividedness, [the king knows,] "He is true-hearted toward me" — that indeed they have declared to be the blessing of safety (sotthāna) in regard to kings.
