[2022] "There are indeed, sire (deva), brahmins virtuous and of great learning, who abstain from sexual intercourse (methuna dhamma) — such as would eat your food. They eat but a single meal, and they drink no intoxicants; they have been declared to you, great king — let us wait upon such as these."
