[2081] "The brahmin who came to beg of me, saying 'Give me your eye'— to that brahmin, a mendicant (vanibbaka), I gave both my eyes. Still more did rapture (pīti) come over me, and no small joy (somanassa); by this declaration of truth (saccavajja), may the second [eye] arise for me."
