[2203] You, red-eyed and broad of chest, adorned, your hair and beard well-trimmed, well anointed with red sandalwood — like a king of the gandhabbas you shine forth over the quarters. You have attained divine power (deviddhi), you are of great might, endowed with all sensual pleasures (kāma); I ask you, O nāga king, about this matter: in what way is the human world better than here?
