[2207] "And this abundant gold (jātarūpa) of mine,
and a heap of gold the height of a palmyra tree —
take them from here and have houses of gold built,
and let them make a rampart of silver.
And five thousand cartloads of pearls
mingled with beryl (veḷuriya) — take them from here
and let them be strewn upon the ground of the inner palace,
and it will be free from mud and free from dust.
Dwell, O best of kings, in such
a supreme mansion (vimāna), greatly resplendent;
and over Bārāṇasī, a city prosperous and flourishing,
exercise your rule, O you of lofty wisdom."
