[2254] By its branches a tree obtains its designation; but one that has lost its branches they call a stump. Today, good lady, for me whose sons are gone, #1 M (Burmese ed.): abhuttabhoge. 2 M (Burmese ed.): paṭikacca; Sī (Sinhalese ed.): paṭigacca. Vāseṭṭhī, it is the time for wandering for alms (bhikkhācariyā).
