[2266] Elephants in rut, their must burst forth and streaming, in full musth, trample cities and slay the people, yet they cannot crush Death (maccu); therefore this is my resolve: I will practice the Dhamma. #1 M. (Burmese recension): "sabbaṃ hidaṃ." 2 M.: "senaṃ."
