"Who are you that have appeared in the sky, come from the triple heaven (tidiva),
illumining the night like the moon?
From your limbs rays stream forth,
like flashing lightning in the firmament.
You tread the void where the wind is cut off;
you go through mid-air, and there you stand.
Has psychic power (iddhi), well developed, been made your foundation?
Are you one of the deities who travel no roads?
Having come, you stand in mid-air
proclaiming this matter: 'Buy the pot!'
Who, then, are you? And what, pray, is this pot for?
Declare this matter to me, brahmin."
