[2318] Never indeed can I recall an evil deed of my own, whether done openly or in secret; I am one for whom birth and death stand reckoned: as it is for me here, so shall it be in the world beyond. Eat me today, now, O being of great might! Perform your tasks upon this body; or I shall fall for you from the top of the tree — and then, as it pleases you, eat my flesh.
