[2345] "Many indeed are the splendid pairs of tusks of my fathers and of my grandfathers; that wrathful princess knows them well, yet the fool, seeking my slaughter, has wrought this enmity. Rise up, hunter; take the saw and cut off these tusks before I die. Then tell that wrathful princess: 'The elephant is slain — here, take his tusks!'"
