[628] A lazy householder (gihī) who enjoys sensual pleasures (kāmabhogī) is not good; one gone forth (pabbajita) who is unrestrained is not good; a king who acts without due consideration is not good; a wise man (paṇḍita) who is given to anger — that is not good.
