[70] That victory is not well won which, once won, is lost again;
that victory indeed is well won which, once won, is not lost again.

Fire (sikhī), the devourer of all, and also the excellent lute (vīṇā);
the slanderous women, dividers of friends (mittabhedikā); delight (nandi); the river (nadī);
Mudulakkhaṇa and the brother of the same mother (sodariyā); the mind (mano);
poison (visa); and, with "well won" (sādhujitena), they are ten.
