[192] "Truly, whatever the extent over which my power, held in dependence on the Dhamma, prevails — it is but little; may sovereignty in all places be yours: govern as you wish. Whether for giving away or for enjoyment, and whatever else may be of service — this wealth I give to you; my sovereignty I relinquish to you."
