[204] "He is my king, O enemy of the birds; under him I held the office of commander-in-chief (senāpacca); I cannot bring myself to abandon him, the lord of birds, in the hour of calamity. He is the master of the great flock, and of me as well; let him not go to ruin alone. Inasmuch, friend hunter, as this one is my master, I delight at his side."
