[499] "Welcome to you, great king! And you have not come amiss. You have arrived as lord and master: declare what you would have of whatever is here. Tiṇḍuka and piyāla fruits, madhuka and kāsamārī — fruits though small and humble — eat, O king, the choicest of the choice. Here too is cool drinking water, brought from a mountain grotto; drink of it, great king, if you so desire."
