[756] If you are the son of the bull of serpents (uragūsabha), the king of Kāsi, the sovereign of the immortals (amarādhipa), then your father is a certain one of great majesty (mahesakkha), while among mortals your mother is beyond compare; one such as you, endowed with great power, ought not to drag down even the slave of a brahmin.
