dance and song, music finely played,
and the resounding din of struck instruments (turiya) —
behold them fashioned in the gem.
And here acrobats (laṅghikā) and boxers (muṭṭhikā),
conjurers (māyākārā) and comely performers (sobhiyā),
bards (vetālikā) and athletes (jallā) —
behold them fashioned in the gem.
