Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Jātaka (2) · Vol. 28 · Section 933

[933] More than a thousand palaces, paved with slabs of beryl (veḷuriya), with blazing luster — behold them fashioned in the gem. The Tāvatiṃsa and the Yāma gods, the Tusita and the Nimmita (Nimmānarati) too, and the Paranimmitavasavattī gods — behold them fashioned in the gem. Behold here lotus ponds (pokkharaṇī), their waters limpid and pure, covered over with maṇḍālaka flowers, and with paduma and uppala lotuses.
