[208] For a bhikkhu who lives withdrawn (paṭilīnacara), resorting to a secluded seat, they say that this is concord (sāmaggiya) for him: that he not display himself in the abode [of existence] (bhavana).¹ ¹ Variant reading noted in the Siam Raṭṭha edition: some editions (Po., Ma.) read *pariccajitvā* ("having given up").
