[331] **Judgements, whatever are formulated (vinicchayā yāni pakappitāni):** the sixty-two views (diṭṭhigata) are called "judgements" (vinicchaya). **Formulated (pakappitāni):** they are formed, constructed, set up — thus they are "formulated." Or alternatively: they are impermanent, conditioned, dependently arisen, subject to destruction, subject to vanishing, subject to fading away, subject to cessation, subject to change — thus also they are "formulated." Hence: "judgements, whatever are formulated."
**Thus, Māgandiya (iti Māgandiyo):** the word "iti" is a connective of words … this word "iti" is the sequential ordering of words. **Māgandiya** is that brahmin's (brāhmaṇa) name, reckoning, designation, expression. Hence: "thus, Māgandiya."
