[498] **How, too, does pleasure and suffering not come to be?** — Pleasure (sukha) and suffering (dukkha): how does it not come to be, that is, how is it made to vanish, how is it passed beyond, how is it transcended, how is it surmounted? Hence, "How, too, does pleasure and suffering not come to be?"
