[523] **Whoever rejects this is incomplete (idaṃ paṭikkosamakevalī so)**: whoever rejects this dhamma, this view (diṭṭhi), this practice (paṭipadā), this path (magga) — that one is incomplete (akevalī), not consummate, not perfect; he is inferior, low, deficient, base, petty, limited. Thus: **whoever rejects this is incomplete**. Therefore that mind-made image (nimmita) said:
Dwelling settled each in their own view,
having seized it, the skilled speak variously:
"Whoever knows thus has understood the Dhamma;
whoever rejects this is incomplete."
