[531] **Is a fool, inferior, of debased wisdom (bālomako hoti nihīnapañño)**: the other person is a fool — low, debased, inferior, wretched, vile, petty; of low wisdom, of debased wisdom, of inferior wisdom, of wretched wisdom, of vile wisdom, of petty wisdom. Therefore, "is a fool, inferior, of debased wisdom."
