[83] **The skilled call that an ignoble dhamma**: **the skilled** — those who are skilled in the aggregates (khandha), skilled in the elements (dhātu), skilled in the sense bases (āyatana), skilled in dependent origination (paṭiccasamuppāda), skilled in the establishments of mindfulness (satipaṭṭhāna), skilled in the right strivings (sammappadhāna), skilled in the bases of success (iddhipāda), skilled in the faculties (indriya), skilled in the powers (bala), skilled in the factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga), skilled in the path (magga), skilled in fruition (phala), skilled in Nibbāna — those skilled ones have said thus: "This is a dhamma of the ignoble, this is not a dhamma of the noble ones; this is a dhamma of fools, this is not a dhamma of the wise; this is a dhamma of untrue persons, this is not a dhamma of true persons." Thus they have said, thus they speak, thus they declare, thus they explain, thus they express — hence, "the skilled call that an ignoble dhamma."
