Pārājikkaṇḍa

[11] There is no offense (anāpatti) for one (a bhikkhunī) who acts unintentionally, without mindfulness, not knowing, not consenting; for one who is insane, whose mind (citta) is deranged, who is overwhelmed by feeling (vedanā); or for the first offender.
