[38] If she is a thief, and the bhikkhunī perceives her as a thief, and she ordains her, except with an allowance (kappa): an offense entailing saṅghādisesa.
If she is a thief, and the bhikkhunī is in doubt, and she ordains her, except with an allowance: an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa).
If she is a thief, and the bhikkhunī perceives her as not a thief, and she ordains her, except with an allowance: no offense (anāpatti).
If she is not a thief, and the bhikkhunī perceives her as a thief: an offense of wrong-doing.
