[422] There is no offence (anāpatti): if she criticizes one who is genuinely (pakatiyā) acting out of desire, out of hatred (dosa), out of delusion (moha), or out of fear; if she is insane; if she is the first offender. ___________________ The seventh training rule of the Kumārībhūta chapter (is concluded).
