[102] **"Of whom no perturbations exist" (kassa no santi iñjitā):** there is perturbation (iñjita) due to craving (taṇhā), perturbation due to view (diṭṭhi), perturbation due to conceit (māna), perturbation due to defilement (kilesa), perturbation due to kamma. For whomever these perturbations do not exist, are not present, are not found, and are not obtained — being abandoned, cut off, calmed, tranquilized, rendered incapable of arising again, burned up by the fire of knowledge (ñāṇa) — thus, "of whom no perturbations exist."
