Mettagūmāṇavakapañhāniddesa

[176] Whatever you clearly comprehend (sampajānāsi), (said the Blessed One to Mettagū,) above, below, across, and also in the middle — having dispelled delight (nandi) and attachment (nivesana) toward these, and consciousness (viññāṇa), one would not remain in existence (bhava).
