[360] **"Explain that to me, O All-seeing One (Samantacakkhu)"** — **"That" (taṃ)**: that which I ask, that which I request, that which I invite you [to answer], that which I would have you graciously declare. **"Explain" (viyācikkha)**: tell, teach, make known, establish, disclose, analyze, make plain, reveal. **"All-seeing One"**: the knowledge of omniscience (sabbaññutañāṇa) is called the all-seeing eye … the Tathāgata is thereby the All-seeing One. Thus, "Explain that to me, O All-seeing One." Therefore that brahmin said:
"Is he without hope, or is he still hoping?
Does he possess wisdom, or is he one who forms [craving and views] by means of wisdom?
How, O Sakyan, might I know the sage?
Explain that to me, O All-seeing One."
