[500] **"One who sees thus what is excellent (evaṃ abhikkantadassāvī)"**: one who sees thus what is excellent — one who sees what is foremost, one who sees what is best, one who sees what is superior, one who sees what is preeminent, one who sees what is highest, one who sees what is exalted — thus, "one who sees thus what is excellent."
