[533] **"This the Blessed One said" (idamavoca bhagavā):** he spoke this Pārāyana. **"The Blessed One" (Bhagavā):** this is a term of reverence. … this designation "Blessed One" is a designation based on realization (sacchikā paññatti). Hence, "This the Blessed One said."
