[303] View (diṭṭhi) is the misapprehension through adherence (abhinivesaparāmāsa) thus: ignorance (avijjā), "this is mine"; volitional formations (saṅkhārā), "this is mine"; consciousness (viññāṇa), "this is mine"; name-and-form (nāmarūpa), "this is mine"; the six sense bases (saḷāyatana), "this is mine"; contact (phassa), "this is mine"; feeling (vedanā), "this is mine"; craving (taṇhā), "this is mine"; clinging (upādāna), "this is mine"; existence (bhava), "this is mine"; birth (jāti), "this is mine"; aging-and-death (jarāmaraṇa), "this is mine, this I am, this is my self." View is misapprehension through adherence in this way.
