[469] Bhikkhus, there are these three liberations (vimokkha). Which three? The emptiness liberation (suññata vimokkha), the signless liberation (animitta vimokkha), and the desireless liberation (appaṇihita vimokkha). These, bhikkhus, are the three liberations.
