[497] Whoever [have developed, are developing, or will develop] non-ill will (abyāpāda) … the perception of light (ālokasaññā), non-distraction, the defining of dhammas, knowledge (ñāṇa), gladness, the first jhāna, the second jhāna, the third jhāna, the fourth jhāna, the attainment of the sphere of the infinity of space (ākāsānañcāyatana-samāpatti), the attainment of the sphere of the infinity of consciousness, the attainment of the sphere of nothingness, the attainment of the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, the contemplation of impermanence, the contemplation of suffering (dukkha), the contemplation of non-self, the contemplation of disenchantment, the contemplation of dispassion, the contemplation of cessation, the contemplation of relinquishment, the contemplation of destruction, the contemplation of fall, the contemplation of change, the contemplation of the signless, the contemplation of the desireless, the contemplation of emptiness, insight into dhammas by higher wisdom, knowledge and vision as it really is, the contemplation of danger, the contemplation of reflection, the contemplation of turning away, the path of stream-entry, the path of once-returning, the path of non-returning, the path of arahantship —
And whoever have developed, are developing, or will develop the four establishments of mindfulness (satipaṭṭhāna), the four right strivings, the four bases of success, the five faculties, the five powers, the seven factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga), the noble eightfold path — whoever have developed, are developing, or will develop the eight liberations (vimokkha); have attained, are attaining, or will attain [them]; have reached, are reaching, or will reach [them]; have obtained, are obtaining, or will obtain [them]; have penetrated, are penetrating, or will penetrate [them]; have realized, are realizing, or will realize [them]; have touched, are touching, or will touch [them]; have attained, are attaining, or will attain mastery [in them]; have attained, are attaining, or will attain perfection [in them]; have attained, are attaining, or will attain intrepidity [in them] — all of them, by way of the faith faculty, are ones resolved through faith (saddhādhimutta); by way of the concentration faculty (samādhi), are body-witnesses (kāyasakkhī); by way of the wisdom faculty, are ones attained to view (diṭṭhippatta).
