[232] Which, on that occasion, is non-hatred (adosa)? That which on that occasion is non-hatred, absence of hating, the state of not being hateful, non-ill will (abyāpāda), non-malevolence (abyāpajjha), non-hatred that is a wholesome root (kusala-mūla) — this, on that occasion, is non-hatred.
