[401] Which feeling (vedanā) is there on that occasion?
That which on that occasion is mental — neither agreeable nor disagreeable — born of contact with the corresponding mind-consciousness element (manoviññāṇa-dhātu); the neither-painful-nor-pleasant felt experience born of mind-contact (cetosamphassa); the neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling born of mind-contact — this is the feeling there is on that occasion.
