[894] Which phenomena (dhammā) are arisen (uppannā)?
The resultant (vipāka) in the four planes (bhūmi), and whatever form (rūpa) is due to kamma having been done — these phenomena may be arisen, may be bound to arise (uppādino); they should not be said to be "not arisen (anuppannā)."
The wholesome (kusala) in the four planes, the unwholesome (akusala), the functional indeterminate (kiriyābyākata) in the three planes, and whatever form is not due to kamma having been done — these phenomena may be arisen, may be not arisen; they should not be said to be "bound to arise."
Nibbāna should not be said to be "arisen," nor "not arisen," nor "bound to arise."
