[664] "Rapture and pleasure" (pītisukhaṃ): there is rapture (pīti), there is pleasure (sukha).

That which is rapture, gladness (pāmojja), … satisfaction of mind (attamanatā cittassa) — this is called rapture.
Herein, what is pleasure?
That which is mental ease (cetasikaṃ sātaṃ), … pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā) — this is called pleasure.
This pleasure is accompanied by (sahagata), arisen together with (sahajāta), mingled with (saṃsaṭṭha), and associated with (sampayutta) this rapture. Therefore it is called "rapture and pleasure."
